Everyone loves their iPod and so does the music which we purchase from the Apple though iTunes Store. Its always pleasing to listen to those wonderful musics through the iPod and relax back. But sometimes everything doesn't seems to be very fine. One such situation is loosing your favorite music which you have purchased from iTunes over the years. It can be due to many reasons, like computer crashed, iPod lost or iTunes just messed up everything and your library is no more. I can understand what one goes through when he or she has to face this situation. Here I will tell you what you need to do if you happen to face this issue.
Whenever you make a purchase from the iTunes, that purchase gets recorded in your purchase history in your iTunes as well as with the Apple's iTunes Technical department. You can check your purchase history by following this step:
-Open iTunes
-Sign into your iTunes account from Store > Sign in
-Then view your account from Store > View Account Detais
-When you are in your iTunes account page, Look for Purchase History, click on it. There you go.
-In purchase history you find all the purchase records with the purchase date and the order number.
Click HERE to send Apple iTunes department an email requesting for an exception to get back your purchased musics or call them directly at the Technical Support department. Click HERE to get the contact number lists.
