iPad Technical Support - Troubleshoot Wi-Fi problems

Many a times, while connecting to Wi-Fi using IPAD will result in a connection success, but will not be able to access the internet. This can be troubleshooted by following below steps :-

  1. Click SETTINGS > Wi-Fi. Turn Wi-Fi OFF and then turn ON again.
  2. Make sure you are in the range of Wi-Fi router.
  3. Check if other devices are able to connect to the same Wi-Fi network and access the internet.
  4. Make sure that the Wi-Fi settings are correct by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi and then click on the correct Wi-Fi network.
  5. If the network settings are correct, then Tap on 'Forget this Network'. This will reset settings for this network including the password. Try connecting to the network again.
  6. You can also reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will be resetting all network settings and passwords.
