If your brand new iPhone6 is giving you trouble with its unresponsive touchscreens , or certain keys do not work and whole side of touch screen being unresponsive , Then below are few tips to get rid of this issue :

  1. Restart your iPhone by holding down Sleep/Wake button and Home button together until an Apple Logo appears on screen.
  2. If above step did not solve your problem , Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will not delete any data from your iPhone however you will have to re-enter password and set up Touch ID again.
  3. Still having issues ? Then you can try to Restore to factory Settings. This will however delete all data from your iPhone, Hence please take appropriate backups before you try this step.
