Message:
hi,
my itunes account is apparently authorized on 5 computers, however it should only be 2. doesn't really matter until now i have a new computer which i want to authorize my account for. However i am concerned that i deauthorize my account from the shared family computer that will deauthorize other family members as well, thereby taking one of their authorizing chances when  they have to reauthorize, this may have been what happened to me, taking me up for 5 authorized machines.
any help would be hugely appreciated

Hi

Thankyou for contacting me regarding your iPod/iTunes issue.
As I understand from your mail, your iTunes account is done with the 5 authorizations that is being allowed. And now you have got a new computer, which you want to authorize, but you are unable to do so, as you have no more authorization chances left.

Now the option infront of you is to make use of the onetime/year deauthorization feature that is allowed to you in your account which will remove all the 5 authorizations and hence you can begin authorization. And doing this deauthorization will not affect any other iTunes account. So you need not worry about if it will take away the authorizations of other iTunes acount in your shared family computer.

Plese check the link below to follow the step by step instruction  how to deauthorize all the five authorizations:
http://ipod-genius.blogspot.com/2010/01/recently-i-have-received-from-email.html

NOTE: You have one computer, but this one computer has 5 user accounts. Now if u authorize your account on the same computer on five differnt user accounts, it means you are done with the allowed 5 authorizations. It doesnt just mean that you have to use 5 different computers

I recently deleted my itunes music library by accident. I would like to know how to retrieve all purchased music back onto my itunes library. I have tried through the recycle bin but music deletion was not stored thier either.
I appreciated any assistance at all. Also if i were to plug in my ipod which still has all music, pictures and apps. would it affecet its content.
Hi
If you have deleted your iTunes account accidentally and lost all of your music including the purchased ones, in that case you will have to get in contact with iTunes store department and check what best they an do for you.
And if you plug your iPod o your computer, you can offcourse transfer the purchased music back to your iTunes if this computer is authorised with your iTunes store account.
If I deauthorise all my iTunes accounts, will this then affect my iPad or iPhone when I reauthorise only one computer and plug/sync them into it?
hi i have been trying to authorize my account on itunes so i can send my apps to my library, but everytime i try to transfer my purchases it pops up a message saying your apps cannot go through because your computer is not authorize. so i went to the sore and i went to authorize and then it said my computer is authorized. and i went back and tired to transfer my purchases again and it said the same message. this is the only computer i have authorized. then i went top websites that said delete my sc folder for itunes and i did that and the message p[op up again i dont know what to do because i am a windows user. please help me.
oh i am sorry i have an ipod touch
